The gym at Life Leisure Cheadle, freshly refurbed in 2025, is a space where everyone can unlock their potential.
We have cardio machines with interactive workouts, a performance zone with easy-to-use strength training machines, a squat rack and plenty of free weights.

Life Leisure offer a fantastic range of group exercise classes for all fitness levels and abilities. Some classes are more intense than others, but don’t worry – the coaches are more than happy to provide adaptations if you need it. Go at your own pace.

Come and enjoy our 33m main pool for a relaxing swim, training session or family splash.
Our small pool is perfect for little ones and hosts Baby Splash and Toddler Splash sessions and free disabled swimming sessions.
You’ll need a padlock to secure your things in a locker. You can bring your own or buy one from reception.
We are proud to offer swimming lessons at Life Leisure Cheadle. The swimming scheme provides our younger generation with the skills and confidence they need when it comes to feeling comfortable in the water.
If you’re looking to increase circulation, detoxify and relax, then look no further. Our sauna is available during facility opening hours and is located in the gym changing rooms at no extra cost to your membership.
Life Leisure Kids classes cater for children aged 5–12 years old and with our specially designed reward scheme encouraging children to make sessions part of their weekly routine.
Carers and support workers can access the facility free of charge to accompany an individual to the gym or pool at Life Leisure Cheadle. A leisure key companion/carer card is required to set up a casual companion account to enable bookings.
Users may be able to use the StarTrack dual adjustable pulley and StarTrack pull up/chin up/dip assist machine depending on ability.

There is a free disability swim session on a Wednesday evening 8.00pm – 8.45pm at Life Leisure Cheadle. Suitable for 11+ years and must be able to swim at least 25m unaided.
Revive Beauty is a family run business established for 10-years and offers a wide range of treatments varying from relaxing massages and holistic treatments to a variety of facials, waxing and nail treatments such as, manicures, pedicures gel overlays and nail enhancements.

Teen add-on available on all adult membership packages for £16.00 per month. *Must be parent or guardian of child and only valid for teens aged 13 – 15 years.
