Customer update (COVID-19)

Last updated 29th October 2020

On behalf of Life Leisure and the Active Communities team, we are happy to announce that a reduced timetable of sessions will re-commence from W/C 9th November. Please see the timetable below for sessions that will be returning from this date.

Due to working in line with government guidance and to prioritise health and safety of all of our participants, instructors and staff we have made the decision to initially bring back sessions within centres that Life Leisure operates. We recognise that for some of the sessions this means relocating them to a new venue. However, we want to ensure that whilst we start bringing sessions back again we do so in the safest possible way. Please note that the current restrictions mean that no indoor sport can currently take place.

In November, we will also be bringing in a new system for booking and paying, all SMILE participants will be able to book and pay for sessions online. All participants will be given an SMILE card, which can be used to scan into sessions and book onto future sessions. Full details on this process and how to sign up will follow.

Our team members are looking forward to welcoming everyone back and we hope to see you soon.
