Studio Classes

Our classes are hosted by amazing instructors who only want one thing… To give you the best workout possible! All levels of ability are welcome with adaptations for exercises given. Whether you’re a beginner, or more advanced, there’s something for everyone! Brinnington Park offer dance aerobic classes such as Zumba toning and dance fit, or if you would like a holistic class there is yoga and Pilates, and also boxing club and box fit.

Our sports hall is available for casual and block bookings for a range of activities such as badminton, basketball, and netball. We also have outdoor netball courts available to book between the months of September – April. The quickest and easiest way to book is online or via the Life Leisure app. To book online you must register as a Standard Online Bookings member.

If you and your friends are looking for a somewhere to have a kickabout, our outdoor football pitches are available for casual and block bookings. The quickest and easiest way to book is online or via the Life Leisure app. If you are not a member, you must register as a Standard Online Bookings member in order to book.

We also offer a Life Leisure Kids membership which offers classes that cater for children aged 5–12 years old.

Leisure Key Companion/Carer Card

Some families or individuals may be eligible for a Leisure Key which is delivered by Stockport Council. This provides discount to swimming and other activities across Life Leisure. In addition, if you are eligible for a Leisure Key Companion/Carer card, you will be able to access the activity for free accompanying an individual to a session. The following steps need to be taken to access this:

Check your eligibility criteria with Stockport Council here.
Complete any of the relevant information and submit proof of eligibility if required.
Once you have your Leisure Key and or Leisure Key Companion card, bring this into a Life Leisure centre and register for a Casual Leisure Key Bookings account at reception.
