FITcamp is a new fitness course. FITcamp is not simply turning up and exercising. We will teach you and more importantly coach you to help you achieve a goal, a dream, a body shape or a fitness level that until this point has seemed impossible to attain! FITCamp provides drop in sessions to suit your needs.
