FITcamp is a six week online and group coaching course designed to get you back into your groove with complete focus on energy, fitness and accountability!

Instead of focusing on one-dimensional forms of fitness, or quick-fix weight loss plans, FITcamp focuses on 6 core disciplines that get long-term results: fitness, nutrition, health, mindset, accountability and community!

Who is it for? 

  • FITcamp is suitable for fitness levels and training experiences
  • New to exercise? This course ideal for beginners as it provides additional help, support and guidance to achieve long-term results. 
  • For intermediate to advanced gym goers, FITcamp offers exercises to improve technique and fitness levels whilst educating on accountability.
  • Alternatives and adaptations will be given for every level of fitness to challenge them and lead to results achieved for every individuals.
