Teen add-on available on all adult membership packages for an additional £10.00 per month. Only valid for ages 13 – 15 years.

Off-peak classes: Before 5.00pm Monday – Friday and any time Saturday and Sunday. Age appropriate classes include spin, circuits and body conditioning.
