Weights 4 Women Session Weights4Women is a fantastic 6 week course that will change the shape of your body, speed up weight loss and improve your posture. The course will educate you on the benefits of weight training and working with our highly skilled instructors will give you the motivation and knowledge to improve your workouts. Whilst using all the latest training methods Weights4Women will help you tone those stubborn areas and burn fat faster. You will be amazed at the difference 6 weeks can make! Supervised Gym Session You will receive a pre programmed workout card from our fantastic Health and Fitness coaches to target your own personal goals. There will be a variety of cards fo you if you are looking to improve your fitness, promote weight loss, for toning or building strength. In these sessions there will be a Health and Fitness Coach present if you need any help or guidance throughout the session.

New Start A New Start appointment is 45 minutes in length and includes an full introduction to the gym, covering how to use machines, creating your own programme and generally making you feel happy in the gym environment. You will be given advice on further services that may be available to you, so you get the most out of your membership.
