*If you have booked 2 sessions with a clear 15-minute break in-between, you will be asked to leave the gym to allow staff to clean the facility to help keep our gyms a safe environment for all.

Insanity Insanity tests every cardio limit you have with 10 high intensity and self-described insane workouts. There's no equipment needed and there are a wide variety of cardio moves, from burpees and football runs to jumping jacks. They are designed for parents/guardians to spend time in the water to increase children’s water confidence in a structured fun/play session.
