You’ll choose a certified personal trainer that is right for you. Think of your trainer as your coach that’s here to help you achieve more than you ever thought possible! four, eight and 12 hour packs are available as well as partner packs so you can share your fitness journey with a friend, partner, or family member.

Develop a plan

Your certified personal trainer will develop a customised plan based on behavioural science approaches that promote lasting change. You’ll see immediate results and build fitness skills for life.

Stick to your workouts

Need a little more guidance? Try out our introduction to personal training. Priced at just £52.00 for three sessions with one of our in-house personal trainers, the perfect way to jump start your journey.

First session includes a detailed consultation, and you will receive the following:

  • Nutrition recall and implementations
  • Sleep, stress, and recovery guide
  • Coached led workouts
  • Personalised exercise planning

4 Pack 

Receive four hours of personal training, suitable if you are starting your personal training journey or can’t commit to regular sessions.

Eight hours of personal training, best choice if you would like two 60-minute sessions a week or are settled with a Personal Trainer.
