We’re talking dedicated cable areas, a brand-new range of weight machines and introducing kit that the gyms have never featured before from Matrix and Glute Builder. 

New layouts in both the gyms have been specifically chosen to elevate your health and wellbeing experience! Our team has carefully redesigned the space alongside other fitness professionals to maximise flow and functionality, giving you more room to move and making each workout feel better than ever. With improved equipment placement and dedicated areas for various types of training, you’ll find it easier to access everything you need—whether you’re crushing a strength session or enjoying some cardio. This transformation is all about creating a more open, inviting environment to help you reach goals.

Step into a brand new dedicated HYROX training zone, with everything you need to prepare for your next race – or just up your fitness game!

We’ve also introduced a brand new Pilates-focused class at Life Leisure Cheadle, featuring equipment similar to a reformer bed: Reformer360! This class is designed to challenge and support you in ways that traditional mat Pilates simply can’t. The equipment allows for a wider range of motion and provides full body support, helping you target every muscle with precision and control while remaining joint friendly. It’s a fantastic way to enhance your current routine and experience the benefits of Pilates on a whole new level.
