Swimming Lesson Agreements FAQs

You can go straight to register with course pro. Please note you will not be able to book lessons until you have received an email from Course Pro. 

You will need to wait for an email from Course Pro before booking your child’s lessons.

Your Course Pro Member Number is the number under the barcode on your membership card.

COURSE PRO FAQS

Member is on correct membership and needs to wait to appear in Course Pro.  Please make sure you are using your barcode to register not the membership number. This can take 3 working days. 

This is the code on your swipe card.  If you don’t have one please email your pool coordinator who can tell you this.

Yes, whilst setting up an account in the Home Portal for one child, you get the option to link any other sibling or family members.  You can also do this at a later date.

The Pool Coordinator has assigned your child to the correct badge and level.
