When first downloading the Life Leisure app, members/customers will need to:

1. Download/open the NEW Life Leisure app
2. Go to ‘my clubs’ and press the plus sign in the top right-hand corner
3. Choose a centre from the list. You can go back and choose multiple centres depending where you would like to book. Once selected, these clubs will be added to ‘my clubs’
4. When making a booking for the first time, you will be prompted to login before confirming your booking. You will then remain logged in and won’t need to login again to book the gym or a class

1. Download/open the NEW Life Leisure app
2. Press ‘book gym’
3. Read and click to agree to the gym terms and conditions of booking
4. Use the date tabs to select the date you want to book the gym for
5. Scroll to find the time you want to book the gym for (you can book unlimited sessions to fit around your schedule)
6. Select the correct time
7. Press ‘book now’
8. It will ask you if you want to book this item. Press ‘yes’ to proceed or ‘no’ to go back

1. Download/open the NEW Life Leisure app
2. Press ‘book class’
3. Read and click to agree to the studio terms and conditions of booking
4. Use the date tabs to select the date you want to book a class for
5. Scroll to find the class you are wanting to book
6. Select the class
7. Press ‘book now’
8. It will ask you if you want to book this item. Press ‘yes’ to proceed or ‘no’ to go back

1. Download/open the NEW Life Leisure app
2. Select the club you wish to book a swim at using ‘my clubs’ in the left-hand side menu tab
3. If you have never visited this clubs app homepage before, press the plus in the top right hand corner and select the club you wish to book at
4. Press ‘book swim’
5. Read and click to agree to the pool attendance rules
6. The club field will automatically be set to the club you chose when pressing ‘book swim’
7. Select the swim session type using the 'Activity' drop down menu. Descriptions for these can be found here.
8. Use the calendar icon to select the date you wish to come swimming
9. Selecting ‘display all sessions’ will allow you to view sessions that are fully booked
10. Press search
11. Scroll to view all sessions and select the time and session type you wish to book
12. Select the tickets you require for your chosen swim session. If you are a member, enter your member number against the correct ticket for your membership (i.e. Adult Swim) Discounts will be applied if your membership is eligible for a reduced price or free access
13. You can also purchase any tickets for up to 5 other members or non-members at this point
14. Accept T&C’s and finish and/or pay for all transactions within the basket.
15. Check your email for a booking confirmation & show this to reception when you arrive for your swim Please note, swimming bookings cannot be cancelled or amended once booked.

1. Download/open the NEW Life Leisure app
2. Press ‘book activity’. This will enable you to choose an activity at any Life Leisure centre
3. Read and click to agree to the terms and conditions of activity bookings
4. Select the centre you wish to book at
5. Select the activity you wish to book
6. Select the time you wish to book the activity for
7. Press ‘book now’
8. It will ask you if you want to book this item. Press ‘yes’ to proceed or ‘no’ to go back
9. Press ‘add new card’ to enter your card details or ‘select your card’ if you have used this method of payment via the app before
10. Press ‘pay now’ to finish the transaction and confirm your booking

1. Download/open the NEW Life Leisure app
2. Press ‘my bookings’
3. Here you can view all gym and studio bookings you have made
4. Select the booking you wish to cancel
5. Press ‘cancel’
6. It will ask you if you are sure you want to cancel. Press ‘yes’ to proceed or ‘no’ to go back

• To view your account and make changes to personal data etc, press ‘my account’. You will need to login each time you do this
• Cancel gym and studio bookings or view upcoming and previously booked sessions via ‘my bookings’
• No need to bring your membership card to the centre anymore – open up ‘membership card’ via the app and use this to gain quick access through the turnstiles (Please note, the turnstiles at Stockport Sports Village are currently incompatible with this feature. We are working to resolve this as soon as possible)
