Discover the perfect place to swim at a pool near you. Our pools are located at our Avondale, Cheadle, Grand Central, Hazel Grove, and Romiley hubs. You can book sessions in advance online to ensure availability, though walk-ins are welcome if space permits. Check our app or website for the latest availability and to book your session.
Open to everyone for a leisurely swim. Whether you want to swim for fun, with the family, or for fitness, our General Swim sessions are open for everyone to enjoy the pool. All children under eight years old require adult supervision in the pools. Lifeguards may ask children who are swimming unsupervised to complete a swim test upon arrival to determine their competence.
Designed for individuals with disabilities or those needing extra assistance. These sessions include our therapeutic warm water swimming and SEND friendly environments, which aim to help familiarise swimmers with our pool space. A full list of inclusive swim options can be found here.
Family-friendly sessions which include floats for you to enjoy. Slide access is also available during these sessions at Life Leisure Grand Central. Swimmers must be at least eight years of age and be able to swim 25m unaided to access the inflatable, and at least 1.1m tall in addition for the slides at Grand Central. All children under eight years old require adult supervision in the pools. Lifeguards may ask children who are swimming unsupervised to complete a swim test upon arrival to determine their competence.

Designated lanes for focused swimming and training. A time to relax, focus on you or maybe work on structured length swimming. Lane division will be based on the pace of the swimmers. Swimmers must be able to swim a minimum of 25m and be a least 13 years of age.

Our swim only membership packages give you unlimited access to your local pools, so you can dive in as many times as you like. You can also ramp up the experience and visit our relaxation areas too. Perfect for getting in some movement before work, destressing after a busy day, or having a low-impact, active catch-up with a friend.
