Group Exercise Classes

Life Leisure offer a fantastic range of group exercise classes catering for all fitness levels and abilities. Our friendly and fully qualified instructors are always on hand to welcome you and provide support if you’re a beginner or new to a class and will also motivate you to challenge yourself if you are a regular class participant!

At Life Leisure we have classes to suit everyone and we work with you to find the right classes to suit your needs. Some classes are more intense than others but each class can be modified for all abilities with adaptations for exercises given where needed, so don’t be afraid! You can start at a lower intensity or using lower weights and build upon this as your fitness level improves and you feel stronger.

All classes can be booked up to seven days in advance and we highly recommend doing so where possible to avoid disappointment. Members can book via the Life Leisure app or website.
