Health suite / thermal suite

If relaxation is a priority of yours, we have a number of health facilities that you can access across five of our hubs. Whether you have a busy schedule you want to kick back from, or just want some me time, our health suites and saunas will leave you feeling rejuvenated and energised.

Health Suite:

Our health suite is located at Grand Central in the centre of Stockport and features a sauna, steam room and jacuzzi. It has been designed to be a space where members can unwind and relax; you can easy your muscles after a workout or take some quiet time while the kids enjoy a swimming lesson. It is free for members and available on a pay-as-you go basis for casual members too!

Opening times:

  • Monday – Friday: 7.30am – 9.30pm
  • Saturday: 8.30am – 2.30pm
  • Sunday: 8.30am – 5.30pm

Registered members can book a session via the Life Leisure app or online account.

Thermal Suite:

Our thermal suite is located at our Hazel Grove hub and features a sauna, steam room, and relaxation area with loungers and private showers. This is the perfect area to relax and unwind after a busy day or if you just want to treat yourself to some me time. Our thermal suite is an exclusive facility for HUB Extra members.

Opening times:

  • Monday: 6.15am – 8.30am and 12.30pm – 9.15pm
  • Tuesday: 6.15am – 8.30am and 12.30pm – 9.15pm
  • Wednesday: 6.15am – 8.30am and 12.30pm – 6.30pm
  • Thursday: 6.15am – 6.00pm
  • Friday: 6.15am – 8.30am and 12.30pm – 9.15pm
  • Saturday and Sunday: 8.15am – 12.00pm and 2.00pm – 4.00pm

HUB EXTRA members can book a session via the Life Leisure app or online account.

Sauna & Steam Rooms:

If you’re looking to increase circulation, detoxify and relax in one of our saunas, then look no further than Life Leisure Cheadle, Romiley and Stockport Sports Village. Saunas are available to use during facility opening hours and are located in the changing rooms. Life Leisure Romiley also boasts a relaxing steam room for members to enjoy.

Access to sauna and steam room facilities are included in your membership at no extra cost.
