From 19th July

Great news! Following the latest government announcement, we’re making the following changes to our operations from Monday 19th July:

Online bookings
Due to overwhelming positive feedback from members, we are pleased to announce that the online booking system will remain in place for the gym, studio, swimming pools, health suites and all other activities across all our centres in Stockport from Monday 19th July.

Over 60% of our members voted in favour of keeping the booking system for all activities for reasons such as:
• Enables the safe use of the facilities
• Provides accountability
• Helps you to identify the busy and quiet times in the centres

Having said this, we do recognise that not all members prefer to book online. Therefore, those who are wanting to access the gym will now have the option to simply turn up at centres, but you MUST check in at reception before heading to the fitness suite (subject to availability)

From Monday 19th July, we are pleased to announce that spaces will increase in all gym slots across all centres in Stockport. Members will be able to book unlimited sessions in 24-hours to allow for more flexibility.

If you do not want to book online for the gym, please check in at reception on arrival before heading to the fitness suite (spaces will be subject to availability).

We will still be asking all members to clean the equipment down after use, however, centres will remain open all day with no need to exit the gym for designated cleaning periods.

We will be increasing capacity levels in all classes, so availability on your favourite classes will increase from Monday 19th July. We do ask that you continue to sanitise your hands on arrival and wipe down any equipment after use to help us keep everyone safe.

Now we have the green light, we are working behind the scenes to add even more classes to our studio timetables (see our revised roadmap below for more details!) Class bookings will be unlimited and you will no longer be restricted to 3 bookings in a 24-hour period.

Due to high demand, please book online in advance of arriving to a class to avoid disappointment.

Swimming Pools
Online ticketing will continue for swimming sessions. We will increase the number of swimmers able to attend a session, so there will be more availability for our members and customers. We’re looking to add further sessions in the next few weeks – please check out our reopening roadmap.

Due to high demand, please book online in advance of arriving to a swim session to avoid disappointment.

Swimming lessons
From 1st August, swimming lesson spaces will increase and swimming teachers will resume hands-on-teaching in the water.

From 1st September, there will be updated swimming lesson times to accommodate more lessons. Your pool coordinator will be in touch nearer the time to discuss any changes to your lesson time.
Please note, one spectator per child will be permitted for swimming lessons until further notice.

Check out our FAQs page to check if we've already answered any questions you may have. Details on how to book can be found here.
